• I consent to Music with Mummy Crowthorne class leader contacting me for any other reason relating to the running of classes i.e notification of cancellations. 
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Waiting lists:

If a space becomes available for a class you are on the waiting list for, we will book you into the class and send an invoice and several reminders. Please decline or accept and pay for the space within 7 days, after which we will cancel your booking, remove you from the waiting list and will assume you no longer need your space and will offer it to the next person. You may be on more than one waiting list, and may be offered a space in more than one class, so please choose your preferred class and reject the other. You may add yourself to the waiting list again, or any other class at any time. 

Refunds:

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, such as illness, appointments, family events or holidays. When there are spaces available on other days you can enquire about making up the missed session, however this is not a guaranteed option and is dependent on class spaces.

Cancellations: You will be notified by email and text of any short term or last-minute cancellations by your usual class teacher.

Notices will also be posted on Facebook Music with Mummy Crowthorne page.

• If a class is cancelled by the teacher, the cost of the class will be deducted off the following term. If you are not doing a subsequent term then the cost of the class will be refunded to you.
