I really love running this class. Jolly Babies is all about having a little fun. The songs we sing are usually original but there are also some well known ones in there too. All the songs are short and very sweet making them easy to learn. Babies love repetition so each song is sung usually at least twice.

In each class, there is singing in the main, a short percussion section where the babies get to have a play with some basic instruments such as egg shakers, bells, hand drums etc. Finally, at the end of the class, there is a very short listening section where we turn the lights off and have a cuddle with their special grown up. I usually do bubbles during this part too which they love.

My classes are held at St John the Baptist Church on Waterloo Road. There is ample on road parking there which is useful. I take payment for the classes upfront for the half term. I usually run in 6 week blocks but occasionally, this may vary. Each class works out to be £6.50.
